You can delete all of your Kepli AI data and account at any time. Choose any of the three methods below.

วิธีที่ 1 — ลบในแอป (เร็วที่สุด)

In-app: open Kepli AI → Settings → "Delete all data / Delete account" → confirm. Deletion starts immediately and is permanently purged (including backups) within 30 days.

วิธีที่ 2 — ตัดการเชื่อมต่อ Facebook

ถ้าคุณเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Facebook และต้องการให้ Kepli AI หยุดเข้าถึงข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ Facebook ของคุณ:

To disconnect Facebook: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select Kepli AI → Remove. (The same applies to Google or Apple via their account settings.)

วิธีที่ 3 — ส่งคำขอให้เราลบให้

Email [email protected] from the address/account you signed up with, asking us to delete your data. We will complete deletion within 30 days and reply to confirm.

ข้อมูลที่จะถูกลบ

• การตั้งค่า การแจ้งเตือน และประวัติการสนทนาในแอป
• ตัวตนของบัญชี (อีเมล/ชื่อ/รูปโปรไฟล์ ที่ได้รับจาก Facebook, Google หรือ Apple)

Deleted: all document images and extracted fields; your settings, reminders and in-app chat history; and your account identity (email/name/avatar received from Facebook, Google or Apple).
